13. Returns Act Labs America does not accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product. All other returns will be at the discretion of ActLabsAmerica.com. Please mail support@actlabsamerica.com for additional support. All sales are final, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. We do not accept returns for products seized by customs. We do not provide refunds for products seized by customs. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the applicable laws in your country. By using this website and purchasing ACT Labs products, you agree to this.
14. Replacement Replacement of items lost in delivery or undelivered will be at the discretion of ActLabsAmerica.com. We do not provide refunds for orders damaged while being handled from our courier, logistics or postal service partners.
15. Customs Duties & Fees The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Also, we will not refund orders which are seized by customs. The buyer should be aware of whether or not a product can be shipped to their country before ordering.
16. Limitation of Liability You agree to hold ACT Labs, actlabsamerica.com and it’s Parent Company harmless in the case of any misuse or undesirable side effects experienced from the products featured on this website. 19. Shipping & Handling: You must ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. If there are any errors on the shipping address, you will have to pay the shipping and handling fee again to receive your order. 2nd round shipments will be sent out after we have received the original item. We do not provide refunds for orders that have incorrect, invalid, insufficient or incomplete addresses. Buy purchasing ACT Labs products, you agree to these terms.
